Conservatives may be distancing themselves from GOP Senate candidate Todd Akin now, but keep in mind two things: (1) Akin has been an elected GOP Congressman since 2001, and (2) Paul Ryan and many other GOPers co-sponsored legislation with Akin to redefine rape in ways that would limit access to reproductive health services for rape victims
